1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders via wowpapy.com from Manuela Küpper, wowpapy, Ringstraße 17, 56237 Nauort, Germany (“we”). Deviating terms of the customer do not apply.
2. Products
We make personalized books, for example coloring books from your photos. The pages are created with the help of artificial intelligence; you see every page and the cover in a preview before ordering.
3. Conclusion of contract
The books shown on the website are not a binding offer. By clicking the order button and completing payment you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email. With the order you release the preview for printing; changes are no longer possible afterwards. Please check all pages and the spelling of the name before ordering.
4. Prices and payment
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs (€4.95 per order) are shown before ordering. If you order several books in one order, you pay shipping only once. Payment is processed by Stripe with the payment methods offered there and is due when you order.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. Production usually takes [X] working days, shipping within Germany [X] working days; international shipping may take longer. Delays by the carrier are possible. If you enter a wrong address, you bear the cost of reshipping.
6. No right of withdrawal
Our books are made individually to your specifications (photos, name). For such goods there is no right of withdrawal (§ 312g(2) no. 1 BGB). Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
8. Defects and complaints
The statutory warranty applies. If a book is damaged or misprinted, please write to bestellung@wowpapy.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo. Minor differences in color or detail caused by printing or AI generation are not a defect. Errors already visible in the approved preview (e.g. a misspelled name) are not a defect.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability is excluded.
10. Your photos
Only upload photos you hold the necessary rights to and whose use the people shown agree to (for children: their legal guardians). Unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others is not allowed; we may refuse such orders.
11. Rights of use
You may use the ordered book privately and give it as a gift. Commercial use or reproduction is not permitted.
12. Data protection
How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.
13. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
14. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain valid.
