Leo and the Dinosaur Adventure

What is it about?

With a magnifying glass and an explorer's eye, your child reads tracks, rides a friendly brachiosaurus, stays brave when the volcano rumbles – and brings Tippo back to his herd. As a farewell gift there's a real fossil. For all dino fans from age 3.

Look inside

This is what the book looks like – in your book, your child is the hero, with their name in the text.

Leo loved dinosaurs more than anything. In the museum stood a skeleton as tall as a house. "I wonder what they looked like when they were still alive," Leo thought.

Behind a fern sat a little triceratops, sniffling. "I've lost my mum," he squeaked. "I'm Tippo." "Don't worry," said Leo. "We'll find her together."

At the river they met a brachiosaurus with a neck as long as a crane. "I can see far," he rumbled kindly. "Climb on!"

From up high, Leo could see the whole valley: rivers, waterfalls, herds of dinosaurs – and a smoking volcano in the distance. "Over there!" shouted Tippo. "That's my herd!"

And there she was: Tippo's mum! She nuzzled him with her nose, and Tippo hopped round in circles with joy. The whole valley seemed to cheer.

Frequently asked questions

What gets personalized?

Your child is the hero on every double page – drawn from your photo. The name is on the cover, on the first page and throughout the story.

Which photo works best?

A bright photo where the face is clearly visible, ideally with just your child. Full body is nice but not required. If you don't like the character, simply use another photo.

What happens to the photo?

We only use it to draw the character and delete it right afterwards. Only the drawn character is used for the pages. Books that aren't ordered are deleted after 7 days.

Can I change single pages?

Yes. You flip through the finished book before ordering and can regenerate any picture as often as you like.

How long until the book arrives?

Every book is printed individually and then shipped. Current production and delivery times are on our shipping page.

Can I send the book as a gift?

Yes. Just enter the recipient's address when ordering. No invoice is included; you get it by email.

What does shipping cost for several books?

You pay shipping only once per order, no matter how many books it contains.
